It should be DLC's (plural) as it isn't fair if you use a free download on a 50p DLC when you could use it on something worth £15 which you don't want.

Not complaining though, seeing as though the Terms and Conditions more or less state that we shouldn't expect anything as we knew the risks with a free service. The way I see it I've luckily came up top on this, I got the chance to finish some single player games I haven't had time to touch because I was playing MGOnline, also got some free stuff and most importantly none of my money has gone missing and I haven't been sent Spam. Sadly I am sure there are others who aren't so lucky.

Hey, I think that is pretty legit in saying sorry to Sony users. Since people do pay for PSN+, it's a ripoff if they lose so much time in getting to use their rewards. Plus it's a plus for people who don't get PSN+ because there are some PSClassics that can be downloaded for free like Crash Bandicoot and whatnot.

The DLC might be a ripoff because some people will get expansion packs for like Dragon Age which cost 30-50$ while others will get costumes and characters for MvC3 which is only like 5$ at max. If they allow a free download of anything, it might only be for like a 10$ PSClassic game which is pretty awesome for Dinosaur gamers like me.

As far as I'm concerned, the online system is free and I wasn't at all affected by that whole turmoil. I feel sorry for all the people who had been and I'm glad Sony is taking steps to secure things better. As for the compensation, there's no need on my part, but I'll take whatever.

So let's see if it's really up now though since SOE just confirmed that their account had also been affected by the PSN outage.

I got it partially wrong, selected content will be free for download as soon as the store is back online. (crossing fingers for all the Dissidia 012 DLC to be free)
