Re: Dragon Age Origins
sounds like a solid plan. I always did the sidequests first, then moved onto the main quest and never had a problem

Re: Dragon Age Origins
I haven't finished the quest yet but I ran into crazy Hermit and now I'm getting a bit annoyed since I can't open any chests.

Re: Dragon Age Origins
oh ya that happens a lot, don't worry about it, just level up your rogues skills enough and eventually they can open them for you. You need to cycle through so that your rogue is they leader and then try to open them. Warriors are not good lock pickers

Re: Dragon Age Origins
I kinda figured that out after changing some of my party members. Anyways, I couldn't finish the witherfang sidequest since one of the bosse's I have to defeat in order to get the werewolfs is an undead mage who's quite a challenge so I moved on. I'm currently at redcliff? right now and I already taken cared of that demon and that's pretty much it.

Re: Dragon Age Origins
was the undead mage a Revenant? If so, you don't have to fight them, just don't break the phials, but like I said, I always did sidequests first before main quests, and had a mage and rogue along with my warrior/mabari hound. Make sure your mage can heal so you don't burn through potions, and keep them back from the attackers, I'm sure these are things you probably already know. Are you enjoying the game?

Re: Dragon Age Origins
I bought 'Dawn of the Seeker' Anime/CG movie; not that bad at all. It's about Cassandra Penthaghast and while I did want some name drops or appearance from familiar faces of the DA lore, in my opinion it was still well worth the thrift price I paid for a blue ray.

Watched it yesterday as well. Online. Sshh don't tell anyone. I was happy with it, nothing explosively news breaking as far as a story, but not disappointing at all. I get the feeling we will see Gallion or Cassandra in the future.
