http://www.gametrailers.com/news/mass-effect-2-save-bug-on/2920
It's kinda sad that even though this won't affect me cause I have the 360 version I..find myself in the same situation.

Re: Mass Effect Series
supposedly ME3 will release on the 360 first as well, and then the ps3 version a few months later, but it's still early, they might change that

Re: Mass Effect Series
40 hours into it, haven't had the problem. HOping I won't.
In PSN, ME 3 trailer said winter 2011, unless I remember it wrong. It doesn't matter, I'm going to play it regardless.
So I just figured out there is no female to female paramour thing going on in this game. Damn. lol.
That ending battle, probably one of the best ending sequence in my opinion in any game for a long time. the choices one have to make in order for the ending to work well, who survives if any.... wow. Awesome. Just plain awesome.

Re: Mass Effect Series
Liara, Samara, and kelly seems to be an option to have a lesbia thing with, however I was hoping to go for Tali, but seems not possible. Looks like I'll be doing the Quarian with my male character I'm going to make this weekend. lol.

ya, I just wish we would have gotten to see her face in ME2, but I guess it's all part of the mystery, she might actually be a beast under that helmet

Re: Mass Effect Series
^I concur. I would hope not. I happen to like Tali a lot out of all the female characters. lol!
But Some people say that the Quarians modeled the Geth after them. Notice the simlarity in hands and feet. Made a good point. So.... does that mean they have one big eyeball under the helmet?! lol! Probably not though since i see 2 eyes under her helmet.

Re: Mass Effect Series
i have a quick question for the xbox 360 owners of this game..... do any of you have a spare code to get into the cerberus network thing?... cuz i wasn't given one when i bought the game... and it costs 1200 microsoft points to get it without the code... >_<

Re: Mass Effect Series
Did you get the game when it was released? I got mine a couple of months later and got lucky since it came with the Cerberus Network code.

Re: Mass Effect Series
I thought that you got rip-off but that doesn't seem to be the case ...so it's pretty likely that the version/copy of the game you got simply didn't came with the Cerberus Network code.

Re: Mass Effect Series
Insanity mode makes the game twice as fun! Although I think I'd be bored or I'd do horrible if I wasn't a Soldier or a Vanguard.

ya, insanity really makes you formulate strategies on how to fight enemies and how to move your squadmates around

true that, half the time on lesser difficulties i just went gung-ho, guns a blazin and then either dieing or getting seriously injured.

Re: Mass Effect Series
Beat it on insanity! It was defintely better and a lot more intense that time around.
Gotta say, Soldier's adrenaline rush and Jack's warp Ammo did the trick. And thank you Tali and Chiktikka vas Paus. Saved my ass a few times.
"Go for the Optics! Go for the Optics!"
On a curious note, anyone think that our actions from the DLC affect certain major points in Mass Effect 3?

Re: Mass Effect Series
for sure, especially your shadow broker and overlord decisions I would think. I'm hoping to visit Grissom Academy in ME3, which deals with biotic children, and your decisions with Liara as shadow broker should play a good part as well. Btw, there is still at least one more dlc to come out before ME3
