E3 Biggest highlights for you

The big event hasn't entirely been and gone but the main 3 have showed off there stuff at the moment. So I'm just wondering what are people the most hyped for. What peaked your interest. What can you not wait for!

(This isn't about who won or lost, just what has made you the most excited from everything shown)

For me it has to be the new Smash Bros from Nintendo (surprise I know ;P ), mainly because it's Smash Bros my favourite fighting/multiplayer/crossover game in the world and also because of the new characters.

Also the fact there is a portable version with it's own special handheld game based levels is awesome too.

Also 2nd game to have me the most hyped is Sonic Lost World, with Kingdom Hearts 3 coming 3rd.

Dragon Age no doubt coming fall of 2014, and the Witcher 3! YES. I don't care so much about the consoles, but I'll probably go the xbox route again just because the exclusives are better imo.

my thing with consoles are the games. That is all I care about, not the video editing shit, or etc. So obviously the ps4 has a better price point, and IF FF15 is exclusive, that is a bonus. But then I look at XOne and I see Halo 5, Titanfall, Destiny, Dragon Age, Witcher 3...and that keeps me on the Microsoft side, hell Witcher 3 sells me by itself.

But Zack, have you paid attention to how the Xbone works? The way it runs is that the Kinect always senses you from what you wear, to your heart rate to your speech patterns and must always be on. That's fucking creepy.

It can't run used games. When you buy a game for the system, you better be fucking happy because your stuck with it. Not only that, if you try to log in from your account on someone else's Xbone, you only have AN HOUR to play. Guess what happens when your old Xbone breaks? You must fucking rebuy your fucking account! You're fucking free online profile with trophy data! How absolutely fucking retarded.

You must be connected to the internet at least once a day to even fucking play the system. It has a 24 hour span of when you were last online. If you're offline or your internet connection is out, you're fucked.

It's a complete bullshit system. Titanfall, Halo and Witcher may keep you, but Dragon Age and Destiny will be for PS4 as well. 


The PS4 wowed me for the simple fact that it runs like a regular fucking system. I was terrified at the fact that we could no longer own used games or borrow a friend's copy of a game. No creepy camera that must be on and I don't need to be connected to the fucking internet to play. The only downside to the PS4 is that you have to pay for online but it's through PSN+ so you get 3-5 free downloadable games at the beginning of every month so you're basically paying for multiplayer and 60$ worth of free games for a total of $5 bucks a month.

I can't really argue your points, as they all make sense, and I'm not a Microsoft fanboy who is going to sit here and defend everything they do. My dilemma is at this stage in my life, I just want to play good games. I don't really care about the camera watching me, big deal. The other points are a turn off, BUT until the PS4 can bring AT LEAST the Witcher series, I am torn. Originally the Witcher was going to be ported to sony as well, but that changed I guess. I just love the games I get to play on Xbox, that's all. Sony's exclusives don't interest me near as much, no offense.
