abortion

whats your stance on abortion?

im 50-50 when it comes to abortion. one side thinks its wrong because you're pretty much skimping out on your natural purpose, the other side thinks a woman's life is her own fuckin business.

i think it should be illegal except for a few circumstances, rape, incest, or someone under the age of 18. I think someone should be an adult so they have some financial responsibility, i dont agree with some lady just getting an abortion when she is 22 or something just bc she doesn't feel like she is ready to be a mom

I agree, although I only think abortion should be conducted if the person has been raped, because in the end if incest happened then the person was responsible for their actions anyway, but if they didn't know it was one of their relatives say for instance they were adopted and only just found out then that would be an exception.
I think it's wrong that some people actually go through with abortion's, to say exactly what happens to the baby. If someone was raped or anything like that they at least should take the morning after pill as it can be taken 48 - 72 hours after intercourse has happened. That would save a lot of women from having abortions over mistakes.

I say its her body, her choice. No one other then her, her family, and her doctor should consider this choice.

What about those who have little or no finances? Of course, adoption is always available. I think it's more expensive for the abortion rather than adoption. :p

@Taintz, agreed. Sadly, there are people with memory or fear issues.

Memory of fear issue to what part? if it's the taking of the morning after pill. If it ever happened to me I still would take the pill even if I had a memory issue, as you never know what happened. I was spiked a couple of months ago and I woke up bruised to hell, I didn't now what had happened but went straight to the family planning clinic, but later got assured that my partner had, had to carry me home because I was throwing myself all over the floor and throwing up(hence the bruises).

As for the fear thing, I know it would sound harsh but that would be their problem not standing up to the right to their own body. If someone made that mistake then it's their choice to either go through with the pain of the abortion or conquer that fear and get out earlier while they still could.

If your an adult and you have little amount for finances, but yet you choose to get someone pregnant or get pregnant yourself, its time to go out and get a job to provide for that baby

huh, didn't think about that. Of course sex doesn't interest me atm. Not particularly a risk I'd be worth taking.

Indeed, it's that whole pleasure shit that I don't particularly care for listening to. If they're willing to risk their lives for a few minutes of something that apparently feels good, then they pretty much deserve the consequences.

Pretty much, but I'm all for sex and enjoy it with some form of responsibility. Don't act like a drunk who doesn't care you know? and enjoy it while it lasts..... :DD

That's the only problem though, some women who actually end up getting pregnant have had sex with protection. It just didn't work out how they wanted it to. Accidents can happen.
