Square sports?

Weird bit of news, for those who don't know Nintendo are releasing a sports video game called Mario Sports mix. Well anyway Square helping them make it and I thought I'd let everyone know that final fantasy characters are also taking part.

Characters included are:
White Mage, Moogle, Black Mage, Ninja and Cactuar.


No real point to this just thought people would be interested to know

I'm looking forward to playing b-ball with Ninja. lol

Mario Hoops did this too, Square helped with programming and they put some fun FF things into it. Mario Sports games suck though.

I think most sports games suck (not even Mario & Sonic combined could give me reason to buy a sports game)

Though this inclusion for some reason makes me want Mario Sports. Who knows if I see it in a bargain bin next year I might buy it

Convinced my friend well enough. As for me, I don't think even a sole Blitzball game could convince me. That was the worst part of FFX for me.

Agreed.

Though at randomness a Chocobo racing game could be a good idea (like Mario Kart in style but no objects and you buy and breed chocobos to increase it's racing stats). In fact I could think of some courses (Slums of Midgar, Kefka's tower, Zanarkand streets) Also including unlockable FF Characters who each can perform a special attack move. (Cloud swings buster sword, Wakka launches a blitzball etc)
