The Witcher Series Empty The Witcher Series

Post by Archangel Wed May 09, 2012 8:11 am

I think I might be the only one here to have played any of these games, but the Witcher 2 was awesome. Originally PC exclusive, they ported Witcher 2 to 360, and I thought they were going to port it to PS3 as well, but maybe not. Anyways, in the Witcher 2, you play as Geralt--a witcher. A witcher hunts and kills monsters to protect the people, they are also enhanced with magical powers and animal eyes, which earns them the moniker of being called freaks. Anyways, the plot to the second game is that you have been framed for a king's murder, and it is your duty to clear your name and hunt down the assassin.

This game has somewhat of a dragon age feel to it, with a great story and great characters. The combat is fast paced and similar to an action RPG. I recommend trying this game out if you get the chance.......so anyone else play it?

It's one of the few WRPG's that has really gotten my interest *Not in that kinda way* and as for why it hasn't been ported to the PS3...I have heard that it's developer is a small company so that might be a big reason why it hasn't been done.

Erel, I know you would love this game, as we seem to have similar tastes in RPGs for the most part
