@Amarant: It was a good game. The gameplay was fun and unique to an extent. But at first it felt a bit incoherent and lacking some alternate routes in regards to decimating AI's. Then again, I came from playing DmC, so Raiden had a disadvantage. The parrying system was fantastic. The final boss was a major douche but actually somewhat fun to go against when I got the rhythm. I hate him as much as both you and Ry do(along with a few other people). Characters are bland and Raiden is a major tool. Story is a bit convoluted to me since I am not a Metal Gear fanatic.

Playing Mass Effect 3 and going to go to Thessia to watch it burn in vain(for the moment) thanks to Kai Lang.

@Erel: Yeah, but that's a Metal Gear game though lol. Their side characters are awful and get in the way. They just wanted Raiden to be in the spotlight. I actually found him cooler in this compared to 2 and 4, but he came from a disastrous game.

BIOSHOCK INFINITE!!! If anyone has not played this game, DO IT! Just fucking do it! I'll be reviewing it in my next podcast so I won't give too much away. I'm doing 1999 Mode and damn is it refreshing. I feel like it's a good challenge and it rewards the hardcore player well. I fucking love this game, I think it may be my third favorite game ever.

Been on a Persona 4 Arena binge lately, but I just bought Tales of Graces f. Figured I would give the Tales of series another shot, since so MANY people recommended this to me.

I'm playing Dragon's Dogma right now. There is something awfully entertaining with this. =P Fun so far. Though graphically, it reminds me of ps2's pinnacle in regards to aesthetics.

Might play some more ME3. Just finished throwing a party for the Crew. God that was nostalgic, funny, and just downright awesome.

1999 Mode pissed me off so I moved to Hard, would possibly be better if save anywhere was an option as in Bioshock.

@ Cap--trust me I am dying to play infinite. However atm I am backlogged on achievement hunting, and need to finish some loose ends on halo 4, AC3, and Dead Space 3 before moving on.

@Erel--I know this is a bit off topic, but who gives a shit. Just curious, why dont you like first person games? You are missing out on some great games.

I did it. I beat 1999 mode. Not only that, but I did the Scavenger Hunt achievement as well. Aka, no buying health, salts or ammo from a vending machine. I feel manly. But I'm gonna go through an easier difficulty to get all the voxophones and infusions. So close to getting the infusions on my last playthrough but I missed 2.

@Hanpan: It was tough but playing through Hard Mode prepares you for 1999 mode. I started on hard so the next step was 1999. Honest opinion. Level up your shields and salts to max. Health is pointless in this mode.

@Zack: Am I really? I don't know man, I seem to get rather bored with the perception. I like the third person view and first person just seem to not do it for me. It gives me a headache after a bit as well. I'm not disdaining from the idea that games like BIoshock, Dead Island, Halo, and the plethora of other first persons aren't a good game, again for that reason I just gave I shy away from them.

Playing Dragon's Dogma. This game is an amalgam of good and bad things. Not entirely sure where to really put my judgement, but for the most part I am enjoying it.

@Erel--I think Bioshock, Deus Ex Human Rev, and Dishonored are all games that you should play and they are first-person. Just my opinion, but I understand if you are a weeny and get dizzy from a game lol

I recently finished Far Cry 3 and at the moment I don't know what l'll be playing next but it'll most likely be 360 related.

It's either That or they're just too damn boring that I got a headache. lol. Those games you just listed, I tried Deus Ex and I returned it after 2 hours, more or less, of gaming. I got bored. Didn't get a headache though. Saved myself before I did!

But at the moment I am playing Dragon's Dogma. Took a few hours to really get into it. But so far I'm enjoying it.

Played Portal 2 for a bit today, but I didn't take long before going back to Tales of Graces f. Seriously, the first JRPG to pass all the tests in a long time for me.

Ni No Kuni at the moment. It's not great but it's addicting. Get that addictiveness of Pokemon and mix it with Dragon Quest and Studio Ghibli. It's interesting to say the least. Story and voice acting are subpar lol.

ive been playing Rage of late its intresting its rage with a few added mechanics which i enjoy but this weekend ill be going 2 resident evil 6 which leads me onto the question does any1 have RE6 and r u up for a few games this weekend xD

More Ni No Kuni. Addicting. Not the greatest but it's definitely got that Pokemon feels. You're not interested in the story but finding new little monsters to do your bidding and evolving them is fun as hell.

RE6 is a game that is broken. That game is as wrong as two boys naked in the woods. I posted a review on it and I am a gamer that can enjoy a plethora of games and usually the one that finds a lot more positive things in abhorrent games than most people, however in 2012, RE6(along with FFXIII-2 and Ninja Gaiden 3) Proved to me that a game deserves as much abhorring as chocolate rain on my cereal.

Playing Dragon's Dogma still and I believe I am close to beating it. Injustice is out today and I will be grabbing my copy on my lunch. It's a shame however that I won't be able to play it until I am off from work.
