Rate That Sig

One of my favorite threads, simply give a rating between 1.0 to 10.0 of the person above you's Signature picture/quote. And you can comment on the person's Signature if you want to.

Example, 5.1/10

Main problem I have is the lighting is off on Snow. Notice how the white light somehow radiates a purple glow on him? Eh, doesn't work too well.

There is still some white background left on one of the Sonic images and it makes the image all pixelated and ugly. 6/10

Where I circled in orange. The sprite in the bottom center I circled is just really pixelated around it. The one on the bottom right really doesn't look good. The sort of faded look on the background on the left hand side doesn't look too good.

Making improvement. You're definitely better at rendering than I am, but I'm using a way outdated version of Ps, so what can you do?...

9/10, I dont know the name of the artstyle but it suits and I love how you can't see Lightning's eyes.

Also thanks, to be honest I think I suck. I just use a mix of the magic wand, magic eraser, curves, outer glow, colour overlay lights, Blurs, Hue/Saturation editing, opoacity and exposure. (I need more work on it but I might never have the time)

If your curious I'm using CS4 Version 11 at the moment

*facefalt* I'm still on 7.0. My best tool is the Magnetic Lasso Tool and Magic Wand. -_- But you are your own worst critic.

And I'm a fan of the "no eyes" shot, it displays mystery in a way. The background was simple to make, just Pencil a shape all over a blank white document, then Filter it with an Artistic style and raise or lower the Contrast. :p

Also love mystery shots but sometimes they only work with a iconic character.

What I need to start doing is start developing stuff with Brush types

i like the pink(u'll never hear that from me gain) works well with the pic but the rendering could be better and if there was a dark border around ur text it could stand out more. The Focal point is still the pic though, so good job with that
