I've been watching a walkthrough to this game and it looks AWESOME!!! If I get a PS3, I'm getting this game ASAP.

I enjoyed this game. Great game in terms of a roam free action game.
Like any game of this genre, this gets a little bit redundant. But it's all in fun. Alex gets plenty of abilities and weapons.
Gameplay is fast, story is meh.
Honestly I liked Infamous better.

i heard it was ok but it doesn't measure up to games like infamous or assassins creed

I played Assassin's Creed and couldn't get into it. Haven't played Infamous yet. But this game is dark, so I'm attracted already.

Infamous was smoother in gameplay, graphics, and the story was just compelling.
It was also more challenging in my opinion.
But like I said, Prototype did some good for me. I just didn't have a good replay value and didn't keep it for a long time. Infamous I beat twice and I might get it again for cheap just to get my Platinum trophy.

I saw my mate play it at his house, its fairly awesome but he admits like most sand box games it gets dull after awhile

It reminds me somewhat of the Spiderman games for the PS2. Cept it's actually fun.

Meh. I had more fun playing Spider-Man games than Prototype. It just tried to copy the base of Spider-Man and didn't do it quite well.
Web of Shadows is a much funner game. But I'm a Marvel fan that knows too much about Marvel, so that's just my biased opinion.
The way Prototype just laid out the story just made me care less about the game. In fact I didn't care about anyone or the game, I just wanted to do the fun stuff and get it over with and get some trophies.
Innocent people are planktons in this game.
