FFVI DS remake?

imo these remakes should be put onto a higher console, so that they can really be remade

Yeah I think they should, most of them I've seen on PSP though. It's just like playing the original though.

I'd love to see VI on the DS or PSP, I never had the chance to play it and I've heard so much good things about this final fantasy that I'd love to see it

I'd love to see Gilgamesh in shiny shiny 3D graphics as he's wielding the Excalipur after his dramatic Morphing Time and I'd love to see the increase in difficulty like they did for FF4 with FF6 but I've got my GBA and PSX versions to make me plenty happy with no need for a butchering performance of characters lead by the emotionless Yuri Lowenthal. If they bring John DiMaggio to play as Gilgamesh if they do FF5 DS, automatic buy from me even though FF5 is one of the series weakest.

As long as I get the chance to play it at all, I really don't care what system it comes out for, I have trouble finishing the emulator version. >_> I redownloaded it and am going to try again, got a guidebook now. :p

But a DS copy, I'm not looking forward to, I played III on the DS and it was crap, I got to the Salamander fight and just got bored at that point. Maybe it's just the thought of a 'remake' that bugs me, but I haven't enjoyed a DS version of FF so far. IV was even disappointing.

Ok ...at first I heard rumors of a FF6 remake for the PSP but now...it looks like there's gonna be a remake of FF5 & FF6 for the 3DS.

Fantastic. I still prefer the old 16 bit.

The 3ds shows alot more promise than all of its predecessors though.

Snake eater is even gonna be on it.
FF wise, I'd love to see it. But i'm not rushing out for a 3DS.

I ain't barely playing the DS, period, the gameplay is just so strange...

I hope they keep VI mute, I'd prefer to read it than hear Natalie Lander's fail voice again.

I don't have a DS and the story doesn't seem appealing to me, but this info is maybe handy

I'd like to buy it, seeing as the SNES version is only available to me on the computer and I don't like playing on the PC.
