Hiro grumbled something in his sleep and shifted. He sat up and rubbed his eye. "Mmnn where-oh yeah..the lake place." He muttered. He noticed Zen holding out an apple to him and took it gratefully. He took a bite from it and looked back up at Zen. "Fun fun. More training." He said with a slight smile as he got to his feet to stretch. "Might as well get ready to face the day." He got ready and when he came back to Zen he offered him back the ribbon. "I promise nothing happened to it. I mean I'm sure it's the same as you left it.." He said, unable to really come up with what to say about it.

"ah.." zen looked at the ribbon and smiled "thank you for holding onto it for me hiro-san" he said and took the ribbon back putting his hair up with it

he waited for hiro to finish and then walked back to where they had come in from the stairs. when hiro showed up he smiled

"you ready to face the training?" he asked and started down the stairs, the monk waiting for them at the bottom

"ahhh good you are both up come come right this way" he led them through a few rooms and into one large empty one much like the dark room but this one was very well lit

"ahhh let your challenge begin then" he said and turned walking out. they both stood there in silence for a moment

"sooo...-" he was cut off by the ground shaking at the floor splitting in two opening to a deep pool of violent water

"SHIT!" zen was so far pressed up against the wall in a blink of an eye nearly slamming his head against the wall in the process

"Whoa!" Hiro said, trying to balance on the moving floor. There were round wood pedastals rising from the water to provide a place to stand but even then it left little room for balance. He didn't have problem with water but this water was deep and raging. It would be hard to recover if you fell into its depths. He staggered as he tried to steady himself from the water. "Zen, I think if we keep to the center it will be easier to-Zen?" Hiro looked around and caught sight of Zen pressed against the wall. He tensed thinking it was something getting ready to attack but then noticed his aversion was towards the water. 'Like earlier...' He thought and frowned slightly.
"Zen, what are you doing? Get over here!" He said just as a strong wave hit the post he stood on and shook it violently. He nearly slipped into the water but caught himself on the side of the post. "Hell, this is slick." He huffed, hauling himself back up halfway but kept slipping back down.

"hiro!!" zen tried to take a step from the wall but shook his head and closed his eyes leaning back

"hiro im sorry!!!" he tried to call but it was little more then a whisper through his gritted teeth

he pulled his swords out and slashed them into the stone to make hm a little more steady he kept his eyes closed not wanting to even look at the water.

Hiro got his footing and looked to Zen. Zen wasn't even looking at him or at the water. It reminded him of the way he felt about the dark. "Zen..." He called but then stopped himself. 'I can fight...I don't need Zen to use my own power.' He thought and took in a breath. The fire like whip ignited in the air and wound around him protectively. He searched the room trying to find a person like before who was controlling the water. Out of the corner of his eye he saw something move and turned to find it. However all he could see was the raging water. He frowned. "Come on, attack me." He muttered and he sensed something behind him.
His fiery whip connected with a watery one, causing steam to rise from the contact. The water was relentless and battered him again and again, attacking from all sides. "Is that all?" Hiro said with a smirk, his flames fighting back. One tentacles of water went for Zen but Hiro's fire stopped it and took the brunt of the attack. The water hit hard enough that it cut through the fire in the process. Hiro's eyes widened in shock and he quickly repaired the break. It wasn't fast enough though. More water came at him, breaking apart his protection and was starting to frustrate him. This person was just toying with him, pushing him around like it fighting a child with a wooden sword. His eyes narrowed and he was about to call out to it again, starting to lose his focus. Before the words left his mouth, one of the water tentacles grabbed his ankle. He tried to pull away but another latched onto his other ankle and then another took his wrist. He struggled against his bonds but they were slowly dragging him back towards the water. He gritted his teeth at the effort and felt a bit of panic hit him when he realized he was losing. "Zen-!" Was the last thing that he was able to call out before he was snatched into the turbulent water.

zen felt his hands tremble as he heard hiro call out for the last time

~FlashBack~

zen was only 5 running after the other children who where older as they played in the rice fields "wait! guys!" he called as they got too far ahead to hear him. zen turned off the path and ran through the shallow water to try and get to them

"ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"

he took a wrong step and ended up engulfed in water. "MOMA!" panic was the first thing to hit him, he couldnt move he couldnt see and the scariest thing, he couldnt breath. when finally he felt the last air bubble slip from his mouth he passed out

what zen didnt know is thats when the dragon appeared on his back. the symbol had appeared and lite putting a power into zen that he wasnt ready for at that age. it pulled him from the water and laid him safely on the ground for his mother to find later that night

~End~

"I SAID ENOUGH!" he roared and smashed hsi blades into the wall again causing it to crack so badly that the roof collapsed around them again. hiro jumped from the place he was at on the falling pieces of walland ran to the wall where the water was coming from smashing that open till it reached the bottom

the water rushed out and into an open field in the back of the temple leaving hiro soaked at the bottom of the once filled pool

zen huffed and looked at the ground.

"zen this is not a proper way to train! you cannot destroy EVERYTHING around you in order to win a bat-"

"shut up you miserable old man! Ill do whatever the hell i want do you understand me???" he yelled the sound of the frustration in his voice echoing in the remains of the room

zen harshly put his blades away and stormed out of the room too embarrased to even confront hiro

Hiro spit out water, shaking out his hair that just fell limply to his face. What the hell just happened? He wrung out his sleeves and then his clothes, his eyes finding the big hole in the wall. "Zen did that?" he muttered his eyes widening slightly at how thick the rock on that wall was and yet Zen put a gaping hole in it. He went to get up but slipped again in the puddle at his feet. His annoyance rose and instantly a circle of flame came up around him, the intense heat drying his clothes and partially his hair. "Stupid, totally stupid all this is-" He paused in his rant when Zen's voice overpowered his. He sounded incredibly frustrated, something he hadn't heard from Zen before. He looked up to try and find Zen. All he found was a red in the face startled monk and others staring after where Zen must have left. The monk whirled on Hiro.
"Go get him before he destroys something else!!" The monk shouted, kicking over a rock that had come from the ceiling.
Hiro got to his feet and made his way out of the shallowed out pool in a lot less than record time. He headed in the direction one monk pointed to and ended up practically wandering around the different gardens around the place, looking for Zen. 'So the guy is afraid of water...' He thought as he walked. He remembered when Zen helped him with his fear at the time. But Hiro didn't help him with his though...He didn't want to feel guilty about it but he couldn't stop thinking about the way Zen was able to use his attacks when angry. It was almost scary how powerful he was. 'I need to fix this, find Zen and at least make sure he's okay-but then again isn't he venting right now?-should I really bother him..?' Hiro halted in his steps and felt his cheeks turn red in realization. He was sounding like a girl with all his worrying back and forth. He shook his head, trying to dispel the thoughts, and ventured into the last place he hadn't checked. "Zen? It's Hiro..can we talk?" He called not really knowing if anyone was listening, but hoping deep in his mind that Zen would hear him.

"what?" zen was sitting on the edge of the roof above hiro. it was very much like him to go to the highest point he could find to think

"hiro....." zen didnt dare look down into his face though "im sorry about not getting to you faster..." he mumbled "it seems ridiculous that a grown man doesnt know how to swim..." he finally said his face turning red as he admitted it.

"i wouldnt doubt if you think less of me, nor would i blame you" he said and sighed


"im going for a walk..." he said and jumped down walking past hiro

zen walked through the village but the villagers were much less cheery, instead they all looked at him unsteadily and fearfully.

zen didnt pay much attention to them. he made it to the lake side and looked out at the water 'why am i so afraid of something so simple?' he thought and slipped off his sandal letting his feet touch the edge of the water 'not so bad right now.... any more then this though and all i can think of is...' he sighed and closed his eyes trying to get the memory out of the front of his mind

he blinked and noticed that water wasnt touching his toes anymore. when he opened his eyes the water had retreated a good foot away 'what? strange...' he thought and took a step forward. a shot of water came from the middle of the lake wizzing past zen and hitting the village with a loud boom. the towns folk screamed in horror as they tried to dodge the intese shot of pressurized water

"what the hel-" a blast slammed into zens back flinging him near to the steps of the temple

"WHATS GOING ON!" he yelled and suddenly saw a dark figure float above the water. it was so far away but zen could see the evil red eyes even from that distance. the figure was surrounded by water and was using the water like a gun to slam into the town.

zens body locked suddenly as he laid on the steps in fear. 'this thing... its drowning people you have to help them! you have to stop them!!!' his thoughts where screaming but hsi muscles just tensed and shook with the inability to stand and fight.

Hiro let Zen leave all the while feeling his words weigh heavily on his mind. Not long after he’d been gone there was a loud sound, loud enough that the temple floor shook. Hiro hurried forward when he heard screams and came to the entrance of the temple to see the town breaking to pieces under a jet of powerful water. He watched in horror, trying to come up with an explanation for what was going on. He even looked down to see Zen lying on the steps. He felt his heart stop for a moment, at the thought that he was hurt, and hurried over to him. “Zen! Zen, are you alright? What happened?” He said touching his shoulder, shaking him slightly. “Water? Why is the water doing this?” He thought aloud.
He was interrupted by more people screaming and looked up to see a mother and daughter running from the blast. Hiro felt the ground rumble and sensed what was coming next. He got to his feet and ran towards them. When he reached them he pushed them back against one of the stone walls of a building and built up a shield of flame. The water came by them by mere inches. The fire didn’t stop the blast infact it forced the back a good few feet into the rubble but it kept them from all being sucked into the water. The woman stared at Hiro, terrified and shaken, but he didn’t pay her much mind other than checking to see if they were alright. When she nodded and dragged her daughter away in a sprint, he huffed looking around for the source. When he found an odd shape forming on the water of the lake he looked back to Zen. His eyes were watching the thing too. ‘That’s what’s causing this…’ He thought and struggled back to his feet from the ache that had set in to his mind from using so much of his ability in one day. “Zen, we need to help these people..” He said. “You’re afraid of something. It happens and no one thinks less of you for it, except you. I know you’re stronger than this, and I’m not going to let you do this to yourself.” He said then another blast hit a nearby building and he ducked from the splintering wood flying to the air. “Zen, please!”

"I CANT!" he yelled and looked at the water grabbing hiro by the arm pulling him a house length away just in time for a tital wave to rush towards the temple stairs

he huffed and looked back at the water building around them "i cant... ive tried before... i cant" he huffed and put his hands on his knees in a pant

he looked up at hiro again just in time for water to crash down around them seperating them from each other.

zen stood on solid ground but water rushed around him. he could hear a snicker in his ear coming fromt he water. eyes the color of blood stared back at him through the water

"ying~ so good to see an old rival..." he hissed and zen just stared in horror as the water started to slowly close in around him

"oh this is too priceless... the great water dragon is afraid of getting wet!" the voice laughed and zen felt his body shake

"ahhh you are no fun Ying... maybe yang will be more of a challenge to destroy~ then ill come back to you~" it hissed and zen suddenly saw hiro. he was in the same type of trap that zen was where the walls of water where closing in.

zen saw hiro's burst of flames as he tried to keep the water away and then the water constrict and close around him

"pity... you are both so weak~" the voice hissed

'hiro....hiro...' his thoughts started to grow 'hiro....HIRO!!!' they where shouting in his mind

"HIROOOO!" he yelled pulling his blades out darting into the water

he pushed on the current as hard as he could. he strength seemed to grow and the birthmark of the dragon on his back moved along his skin giving his body the strength to walk through the water like it was non existant. he grabbed hiro and held him tightly pulling his blade out with one hand slicing into the water. suddenly turning that area red. the hiss turned into a growl as he hacked away

Hiro felt his face fall at Zen’s words. He kept saying he couldn’t when Hiro wanted to insist that he could. But what could he say. He had no room to talk when he was afraid at the moment. This thing was powerful and was killing innocent people with one sweep. He didn’t have enough confidence in his abilities to completely believe he could fight this thing. But he wasn’t going to go down without a fight either. When they were separated, Hiro fought back, trying his best to keep the water away. But it just didn’t seem to help. The walls soon swallowed him, cutting off the air and trapping him down in the dark water. He struggled against the current fighting for a breath. In his panic he couldn’t get a good focus on his abilities. Not that they would help in all this water. Besides something about this water gave him the creeps, like there was something stalking around in it. Just as the thought completed he felt an arm go round him and went into fight reflex. He hit them but stopped short of a really hard blow when he saw a blurry face he remembered. “Zen?” He tried to say but it was muffled by water and bubbles. Zen had an angry look on his face and suddenly his sword cut into the water. Hiro was confused watching this but when the water suddenly turned red where Zen’s sword grazed the water he realized something was really there. Suddenly a pair of eyes were looking at them, a blood red that made Hiro want to shiver. He recoiled from them but didn’t take his eyes off whatever it was as it growled at them. He wanted to summon some fire to get some visibility of the thing but he knew he couldn’t sustain a flame long in this situation. Besides, he was almost scared of what he would find..

zen felt it getting difficult to see things with no oxygen. the eyes where all he saw but he kept a tight grip on hiro's waist

he pulled his sword out and slammed it downward twisting the blades it brought up a pocket of air from them illuminated by zens now glowing hands.

"ahhh.." he took in a deep breath and looked towards the eyes staring at them through the water

"hiro... you... ok?" he huffed as water dripped off of him and he tried to steady the remaining blade he had in his shaking hands

Hiro took in a big breath when air suddenly arrived and was happy to feel his lungs fill with air. "I'm fine-just
a little-are you-?" He paused noticing Zen's hands were glowing. Not only that but he realized Zen was in water, fighting in water. Well not now at least since made the air pocket but still! Hiro was shocked and surprisingly really happy, though they could be close to being killed by a psycho water monster. He wanted to show him how happy he was for Zen but, he knew this wasn't the time or place. They needed to focused on getting rid of this monster. "Zen, this thing, it bleeds but I'm not sure if it's really hurting it. We need to get it out of its element. But.." he said but knew that was going to be nearly impossible, water was everywhere in this village.

zen nodded and tried to think his one trembling hand gripping the blade

"hiro... if we can taunt it to come into this pocket... i can kill it. shoot fire into the surrounding area's that its figure is, we can force it into a bubble!" he said with a determined look he slowly let go of hiro and grabbed onto his other blade

"ready when you are"

Hiro thought for a moment and nodded at the idea. It wasn't a bad idea till of course they were stuck in a contained space with the thing that was trying to kill them. He couldn't think about that though and felt him regaining the control he needed to use his fire. He focused it on where he saw those creepy eyes last and let fire start. It opened into a contained flame at first, because of the contained air in the space, but with a little more effort it raced at the water, starting steam to rise and the water to start into a boil. He heard a muffled shriek in the water and took a step back though he was still focused on the flame. He just hoped this wouldn't back fire on them horribly.

zen focused on shoving his blades further and further into the water. blood falling down in dropleets around them. finally the black figure seemed to be right before them. zen took his blade and shoved it through the chest of the thing pinning it to the floor it wriggled until the light traveled from zens hands into its chest through the blade. then its eyes dulled and it disappeared leaving a bloody mark. soon the water fell around them and calmed. zen coughed trying to move his hands in a way that he could keep afloat. they had ended up in the middle of the lake

"h-hiro" he coughed water splashing in his mouth

Hiro surfaced sputtering water. He swam in place, though it was alot harder to do with his wet clothes, looking for Zen. When he found him, he moved over to him. "Here and still breathing." He said with a half smile at an attempt of a joke. He couldn't help it, his nerves were fried, he felt like hell, and he probably swallowed more of this nasty lake water than he weighed. He just wanted out of this water before he ended up drowning in it. "Come on, shores this way." He said grabbing Zen and pulling him towards the waters edge. Boards from destroyed buildings and boxes and fallen trees provided some kind of places to float. When he reached the remnants of a long dock he pushed himself up on peice that hadn't fallen through and helped Zen up. "You alright?" He asked looking at his drenched form, not just talking about physically but emotionally. The guy took quite a beating, especially from his fear of the water.

he crawled onto the dock huffing

"hiro..." he mumbled laying face down in the water he turned on his side moving his hannd from his stomach and it was soaked in blood but he looked down at his foot. he had lost a shoe in the water

"i dont have to go back in the water right?" he asked "i can get another shoe right?" he said an almost panic in his voice as he ignored the blood dripping from his side. it was three deep grooves from the monsters claws ripping up his side


"hiro... i was so scared that he was killing you" he said and grabbed the side of hiro's face with zens clean hand pulling him to him. zen got inches from hiro's face and then pulled him into a hug

"if i lost you..." he whispered "i dont kno why hiro-sama... but if i lost you-" he said and pulled him from a hug to look in hiro's eyes

"i wouldnt be able to go on." he lightly kissed the side of hiro's face and then felt his eyes shut and he thudded to the floor of the dock passed out from exhaustion

Hiro's eyes were once drooped in exhaustion and his breathing was slowed. He was worried about Zen though and made himself stay focused as he spoke. Zen was speaking to him though Hiro realized he was bleeding. Though he wanted to check the wound Zen kept interrupting him, calling his attention back with that voice of his. Suddenly Zen went as far as to pull him into a hug and tell him that he was worried about Hiro. And, as a final shock to Hiro, Zen kissed his cheek, lightly but a kiss no less.
"Z-Zen-" He passed out before Hiro could finish, snapping Hiro out of his own surprised stupor and into quick action. He looked at the wound and flinched at all the blood and cut flesh. They were deep wounds, like from a clawed animal. He pulled at a bit of Zen's clothing trying to use it to staunch some of the blood. He didn't know much else to do, not till a few of the monks that had been scouring the wreckage to help the injured came hurrying over to them. They took to Zen quickly, helping get him off the ground and to the temple. There, one explained, a physician could see him and help him. Hiro didn't want to leave Zen when they got to the temple, but let them take him to another room so the physician could work on him.
Hiro paced, lacking anything else to do with his nerves frayed like this. A monk put him in a blanket to help dry him off but Hiro still found himself feeling cold. Again he hadn't been able to help Zen and again he had caused Zen to worry, to get hurt. He sighed, his thoughts shifting to the kiss.
He felt heat rush to his cheeks to his surprise, his hand lightly touching the place on his cheek just as the physician came out. He was cleaning the blood off his hands, a sight that made Hiro turn pale.
"He's fine. I just had to clean the wounds and put a bandage. He'll be sore for some time. If the legend is true about the Dragon's healing abilities he should be feeling much better after a good amount of rest and no strenuous activity." Hiro nodded, his eyes down cast as he walked past the physician and into the room with the resting Zen. He was still out like a light, but at least breathing and not visibly bleeding. 
Hiro breathed a sigh of relief, sitting down on a chair near him with a tired look. The whole conversation kept replaying in his head, every action only making him more and more awkward. He couldn't even look a Zen without remembering the words he ha told him before he passed out. he kept trying to tell himself that Zen was just out of it, that he was talking crazy out of blood loss, that a gust of wind had suddenly pushed the two that close, and that Hiro was coming down with a fever with how hot his cheeks seemed to be. But he felt something when he remembered the look in Zen's eyes, it was a seriousness that made him swallow hard. He was genuinely worried about him, but was that worry in the right place? 
The thought of Zen not being able to go on over something happening to Hiro, it just didn't make sense to him. But he did know that it made him feel bad, as well as some other emotion that was almost happy. He was worrying himself over these strange mixed emotions, so much so he felt more tired than before. He tucked his knees closer to him, as if that would ward away the feelings. 
"Don't say stuff like that, stupid." He muttered as he glanced at Zen's face with one last wave of heat to his cheeks, before he was forced to burry his face in his knees to hide it.

"say what?" zen said but his voice cracked from not using it for a while. zen let his head fall to the side so he could look at hiro "whats wrong?" he asked and put a hand to hiro's cheek "you feel like you have a fever and your rather pale... are you-" he tried to sit up and winced laying back down

"maybe i should stay here for a while...eh?" he said and laid back down before looking at hiro again

"hiro-san... your still wet" he said running his fingers on some stray strands of hiros hair "havent you dried off? your going to catch a cold" he worried

"come on hiro let zen sleep, he needs the rest and i have a feelings he wont if he knows your in here. we have a hot bath pulled up and a change of clothes for you while we fix up both your traditional clothes." he said and hurried hiro out to the upper room.

"zen is going to stay in a room where he can be monitored tonight but he should be fine enough to walk around tomorrow, i cannot thank the both of you enough for saving our village! again! after all these years you really are the new ying and yang!" he cooed and walked off leaving hiro alone in the large loft

zen was worried but couldnt protest when hiro left he ended um falling back asleep again unable to keep his eyes open

Hiro nodded, giving the monk a smile. "Yes, thank you for your help." He bowed slightly before he exited. As soon as the monk left he sighed, heading toward the bath first. It was a sunken into the floor type bath, a good one for trapping heat, something Hiro need to sweat out whatever the hell was going on with him. He'd never reacted that way to anyone, so it had to be a sign that he really was coming down with something, right?
But even in his "feverish" behavior he still noticed that the light in the room was quite low. With a bit  of concentration the lanterns and candles flames grew brighter and more intense, flooding the room with warm light.
Now satisfied he slipped off the wet clothing and turned his attention to the hot water. It felt just as nice as it looked though he was hardly in the mind set to enjoy it. He gave a frustrated sigh at his own unease and sunk down into the water for the comfort of it. But a memory of that scary thing in the water today made him jump and quickly resurface. He even had to look a the water to make sure those eyes wouldn't be staring back at him.
"Some great warrior I am. Scared of a pair of eyes and the dark...yang...afraid of dark." He held a hand out from him and a small spark fizzled into a small flame. Hiro had never questioned his abilities before, had always practiced diligently and proved to the others at the temple that he was capable of using his power. But now, he was beginning to wonder if it chose wrong, if maybe he wasn't meant to be yang, that the people and Zen deserved someone better.
The flame disappeared, leaving Hiro to go back to his brooding. After bathing and finally pulling on at least a portion of the new clothes Hiro fell back on the bed of cushion, looking up at the high ceilings and open spaces that originally let in the suns light.
Silently he sent a prayer up to the gods, or whoever was listening, that they would give him a sign that he was going down the right path. That he could really become a warrior capable of protecting the people of this world. And that he would be cured of this fever soon before he had to face Zen again tomorrow...

zen woke up that following morning with a bruise like pain across his side but suprising ability to move around. he walked out of the room in his white monk pants that he had changed into.

he stretched then rubbed his tightly bandaged side before walking down the steps and into the sunny courtyard. he looked out at the lake that was some ways a way, it was sparkling in the sun 'so beautiful...' he turned and looked up at the top of the temple shielding his eyes from the sun with his hand to look at where he knew hiro was probably still sleeping 'should i check on him?' he thought and then felt something grab his hand. he looked down to see the little girl who had given him the bracelet. she held his hand tightly and tears welled up in her eyes. he frowned and kneeled to be closer to her hieght

"whats wrong?" he asked and she sniffled looking up at him with round eyes "i lost my doll... in the water" she said and he picked herup as she started crying "shhhh its ok, lets go look for her hm?" the little girl nodded into his shoulder and they walked to the village that was now in standing water. just up to zens, ankles though. he stopped at the edge of the water and sat down so she could sit on his knee and watch. he put his feet in the water and then leaned down and put his hand in the water

"please help us find -" he looked at the girl and she sniffed "Yuki" she sniffed and the glow from the dragon on zens side left from his hand swirling in the water for a moment before bolting away. in a few minutes a small current pushed a board towards them with a little figure on it. slowly it washed up next to zens hand and he placed his hand back in the water the light coming back to him and he picked up the lump ringing out the cloth doll "ahh, yuki! you look cold, lets go get her cleaned up eh?" he said and she smiled hugging the wet doll tightly as they walked back into the temple

they both sat at the table with breakfast of freshfruit and pancakes while her doll sunned

Hiro felt the light if late morning warm his cheek as her shifted on his bed. He'd fallen asleep rather quickly after last nights ordeal and was now starting to wake up feeling groggy but well rested. He sat up slowly, rubbing his eyes to take the sleep from them. 
He got to his feet after a few moments and went to wash his face to try and wake himself up a little more. As soon as he reached the small water basin he already regretted his choice. The reflection of his face brought back the memory of all that he had worried over last night. He paused for a moment, letting it all soak in before he bottled it up again. 'This is just another day. Another normal day.' he relayed through his thoughts as the cool water washed away the tired feelings he had. He decided to go and check on Zen to see if he was healing well but as soon as he left the stair he was being ushered towards a breakfast the monks had prepared for them. He followed though slightly annoyed, but didn't expect to see Zen there when he walked outside.
"Oh, Zen-San, I thought you were still resting." He said, amazed that he was sitting there perfectly calm after losing so much blood just last night. "You don't need to push yourself you know. It's dangerous to-"
He paused when he noticed the little girl sitting with Zen. She was adorable, but her face didn't bring up any memory of who she was.
"oh, who's this?" he asked, trying for a smile towards the little girl.

"ah this is Kimmy-chan and Yuki, say hi yuki!" he said and picked up the doll waving its hand at hiro "hi hi Hiro-chan!" he said in a high pitched voice making the little girl squeak with giggles

"it was amazing! Zen-sama was able to find Yuki in the water without wading through it! it was like the waves brought her right to him! he saved her!" she gushed in amazement

"ahh it was nothing really!" he said with a large smile loving the doll so she hugged Kimmy

"i think Yuki-chan missed you an aweful lot, it wasnt to hard to find her because she was already looking for you" he said and the little girl held the doll tight before taking another bit of her food making Zen smile

"did you sleep well hiro-san?" he asked with a large smile popping a fresh strawberry into his own mouth

Hiro was smiling at the little scene playing out. Zen was good with Kimmy and it was cute to watch. He sat down across from the two, taking in the breakfast before taking a slice of an apple. "I slept well, but I'm glad to see a nice morning." He said before looking Zen over. The bandage was still there meaning he was still hurt ofcourse. He realized he might have been staring a bit too long and looked back up at Zen with a slight blush. "How about you?" He asked.
