Underrated Games

So I am curious. I know there are a lot of very underrated video games out there, and it is quite depressing that these games tend to be extremely extremely good, then you go and tell your friends and they are like "what are you talking about." So Everyone what underrated games have you all played. For me it is three underrated rpg's

Legend of Dragoon, Legend of Legaia, and Shadow Hearts(series)

Lost Odyssey, Fable III, Bioshock 2, Enslaved, Nier

Can't believe I didn't think of this, there are a few games I love playing that a lot of people don't know about or aren't motivated to play. Forgive me if I ramble on.

The Legacy of Ys

This is possibly my favorite non-FF series of games, but since I'm the only person I'm aware of that has played it, let alone knows how to pronounce the title, I don't mention it much. The great thing about this game is that it doesn't really require you to start from the beginning to get the gist of the story, since each game has its own adventure. They all star the same hero by the name of Adol Christin, whose only passion is the wonders of adventure and that passion leads him into all sorts of trouble while at the same time broadening his horizon.

I can't come up with anything bad to say about this series, other than the dialogue in some of the earlier ones is plain ridiculous.

Secret of Mana


One of Squaresoft's less popular games, and undeserving of that fact. The story is too much to explain without spoiling or going on a monologue, but this is one of the more beautiful games produced by Square. The landscape is capturing and the battle system is easy to pick up, though grinding magic is almost essential and really tedious.

I loved Legend of Dragoon, didn't even know anyone else who liked it

For me it would be:

Breath of Fire III, Xenogears, Suikoden and Vandal Hearts.

Legend of Dragoon is my all time favorite RPG...just a purely amazing game @.@
