Favourite FFX/X.2 character

Simple poll, vote for your favourite character from X and its sequel and state why.

I choose Auron because I just loved his character, his loyalty and how he held all those secrets back that werent revealed untill the end and how even though he seems like a strong calm man he has suffered alot

Jecht=Win

Jecht is my favorite character from X. Auron used to be because he was my most kickass character but then after watching the Jecht spheres and such, he just appeals to me way more and has taken my no. 6 spot on my top ten characters right after Gilgamesh. Jecht is such a charismatic man that can start a party just by smiling then kicks someones teeth in because they pissed him off. It's amazing how similar and not similar Jecht and Tidus are and that being that they are so open to everyone and have such a sense of justice but Jecht is a man and Tidus is a crybaby.

After that, it's Auron. Auron has such a good character who developed in such a different way than other characters and that was Auron was already developed but when you see the Jecht spheres you see his old ways and what lead to the man he is today.

Third it's Wakka, mainly for the fact that Wakka is voiced by John DiMaggio. Wakka however is a good character in the sense that he's a muscle headed racist and FF has leaned away towards racist characters in the series until now. Wakka's got a good message behind him like many other characters who are a parody of stupid and ignorant people (Amarant being a great example). But is Wakka one of the greatest characters made? Hell no. He gets toppled by almost every other character in the 9 games before it.

I didn't care for any of the women in the X and X-2 because they were either watered down characters who already existed in the series or they were not too interesting to begin with.

That might explain the unappealing emanation off of Rikku when she's at my house. -_-

And Amarant's got a point, Wakka's a great character because no one likes him and he's voiced by Bender. And I liked him even though he hated Al Bhed, he played Blitzball, so he's excused.

Lulu. I just find her appealing, and she has a very different look as a Black Mage than previous Black Mages.

For one, she has boobs.

Honestly, Shuyin is my favorite male character, though he is basically a darker version of Tidus, so he doesn't really get much credit.

John Dimaggio, whoever he voices, wins.

*looks in the back of the FFX manual* HOLY CRAP, I learned something new today.

I picked Rikku, I think she's just.........cute, not to mention tech savvy, and shes funny.

Odd thing happened to me recently, girl in my class looks almost exactly like Rikku face-wise, I feel like a damn pedophile, she's a Freshman. -_- Oh well, I'll sift through the year anyway. *smooches Rikku poster*
