If I still had xLink, I'd fight you right now. My connection was terrible, so it didn't work for more than a month.

I need some more replays up, I need to clean out the ones that don't matter anymore...

12 XD oh im so stuck on tht game :O im stuck on yazamate i think its spelt tht way hmmm the 1 after hellwyrm Sad

i cant kill it :O and even worse is zodark ¬¬ hes annoying coz he puts the physical sheilds and magical shields constantly so u cant do damage i get his health down 2 so much lol if u beat zodark can u give me some hints :L

Equip Holy based weapons (Excalibur), and just blitz Zodiark. You can kill him before he even has a chance to put up his physical shield.

Once both shields are up, you need to use Shock / Scathe.

Got a new replay of me fighting Zane the Pure with the 6999 ruleset as best as I interpreted it, I'm really out of practice with online battles, so chase is still my cripple point, atm. I'm disappointed by how it ended, we picked the regular version of Order's Sanctuary by accident, so I ended up getting way more BRV than I should've.

I also have other vids up displaying the easiness of the Cloud AI and my new Emperor setup, didn't change much, just reorganized some of his abilities and changed a critical setup which changed things tremendously. I used to not even be able to conquer AI with Mateus, and now that's probably the only thing I'll conquer, totally not using the right strategy for online, but whatever.

Yeah, sad replay...

But the emperor is a tough character.
And if you can space well enough, most of the characters squirm against him.

Guess what... Link is a tough character to fight, If he spaces you and keeps his comfort zone, He will shut you down. He's the third worst character in the game. People use snake because he's better at everything and isn't easy to get around. The difficulty it takes for Link to be a good character is nigh unbearable.

The emperor is low, but if he spaces you hard enough, you can't hit him...
But the amount of ability it takes to make him untouchable is staggering in comparison to the higher characters.

Higher spam characters are just as tough, without trying.

I find Empy to be more useful in a cramped setting, you can place traps everywhere, but if you're fighting Firion or Bartz, then it'll backfire. :/

The Emperor's specialty is forcing enemies out of their comfort zones.

And square enix actually said smaller stages benefit his style.
And anyone who has a reliable hp attack can cripple you if you give them time to act. Try to punish their attempts to retaliate.

That's what I was saying, Order's Sanctuary is tons more difficult to hit something on than Edge of Madness. But it's the neutral stage, so whatever.
