This is mostly for me, but for anyone who plays through this game as much as I do could use this. This is all the upgrades and summons locations for Crisis Core. Found in missions.

Backpack, 7-2-4

Bahamut Materia, 8-1-4

Bahamut Neo Materia, 8-5-6

Cactuar, 3-1-3 _ 10-1-3

Cait Sith, 8-4-3

Chocobo, 8-4-1

Ifrit Materia, 8-1-1

Magic Pot, 10-2-3 _ Use attacks Jump, Fira, Gravity, Assault Twister

Mog, 8-1-6

Phoenix, Nibelheim Wonder Missions, found at top of water tower.

Tonberry, 6-1-5 _ 10-2-3
