Worst MARVEL film leads?

Out of all movies the MARVEL ones have been critzed the most for their choices of actors to portay the legendary cast of heroes. Some of these actors have been marked by fans as the reason why the movies themselves have failed.


So who do you think the worst is? And do you have any view points on the other actors chosen for other roles aswell? (doesn't matter if they are listed or not). With Hulk and Fantastic 4 please specify which actor and why?


For me...it was a hard choice between Eric Bana and Ben Affleck. However Affleck made DD seem like a douche (to me) and put me off watching the movie in general, I only watched bits and pieces of it when it was one TV and the acting was god awful.

None of those are as bad as...




David Hasselhoff as Nick Fury in Nick Fury: Agent of Shield. Possibly the worst comic book adaptation ever created. Awful special effects (even for its time), awful writing, hammy acting and just moments of absolute retardation from every actor and actress (if you can even call them that). But of the list up there, Hugh Jackman is an awful Wolverine. Turned Mr. Fucking Badass into a faggot.

Sadly I can't see that but.....f*ck thats bad casting....that's really bad if it's true. I don't know a lot about Nick Fury but from I do know I gather he is a war damaged vet who is cold and cool headed, demanding respect and only willing to give his to heroes who earn it. Not a man who fires Spongebob Squarepants down the sea using his man tits.

I agree on Elektra, she pretty much ruined it for me. The other casts for Marvel heroes were actually pretty good, some better than others per say.

I think TM get's too much shit as his role of Spidey. He could play a good Peter Parker just not the best when it came to the wisecracks of the Web slinger.

I'm glad I haven't seen Elektra though...was it really that bad?

at least no one said Nicholas Cage yet xD

I thought Ghost Rider was okay. Not brilliant though, it could have been done better but nether the less still good.
