what was your favorite color of chocobo and why?

Mine was probably the black chocobo just bc it took me a while to get one, I would always get green and blue ones instead, plus they just looked sweet

Mine was the red chocobo from FFT...I know that FF7 had different color ones but I didn't bother doing that sidequest cause I heard how much of pain it was compare to FFT.

I keep forgetting, is the Red on the last Chocobo in FFT or was it the purple one?

I thought the one that could fly was cool, but I guess a Chocobo being able to drop meteor in the bad guy was a good perk. But in FFT I always used Chocobos as healers and as a mount. It pains me though that the very last breed of Chocobo didn't have everything all the other Chocobo's had like healing, Esuna, etc.

I'd have to say my favorite colored Chocobo would be a black one, although it just depends on the qualities I guess. I'd have my Chocobo be able to fly and heal me and fight too.

OK...if I remember correctly there were only 3 color ones in FFT red, yellow and purple...I think that the yellow ones focused more on healing ..but I can't remember what was so special about the purple ones.

The Purple Ones could fly, do long range attacks and cure status effects. Red ones had I think the best physical attack, Choco Meteor and had more area it could move in a turn. Yellow could move a little better than a human character and could heal.

In all honesty, best Chocobo is Gold. It can go anywhere and it's all shiny. It's a bi-winner.

I like every chocobo ! Especially the regular yellow ones, and the black ones.

The black chocobos in XII really reminded me of crows, which are one of my favourite birds, so yeah.. xD

I don't know much about the other coloured chocobos.. I know you could breed some of them in VII (I failed !), but I like the "naturals" better :3
