Just made this thread out of curiosity. List in order the characters you use the most, what Equipment they have and the reasons why you use them. Also if you want give feedback on people's builds and offer changes.

and now for my reasons. Cloud is my top dog because I find his playstyle simple and effective, Squall I find is easy to chain with, Gilgamesh just rocks, Sephiroth I find comes in useful when I'm against a spammer, Tifa I'm still trying out but I like her playstyle and Laguna is the same for Tifa. I keep Cloud on his default because it's the only costume I really like, Squall is wearing his KH Costume because I bought the Legacy Addition for a reason, Gilga's 2nd Alt is my favourite althought I do like his Default, Sephiroth only looks good in his 2nd Alt, with Tifa I like all of her costumes but don't use her Advent one because of it's hair and Laguna has the best costume set of them all but I keep him in his "Old man" look just because of how casual he looks.

Also not listed but I am trying to buff up so I can main is Feral Chaos and Lightning, someone who I use a good lot but don't really main is Kefka.

How the hell did you get the goods so fast? I still got equipment comparable to SHIT! >.<

Main #1: Lightning, Alt 1, level 100
Equipment: Royal Swordsman's Blade, Imperial Guard, Chakra Band and Diamond Vest
Accessories: Hyper Ring, Guard Ring, Pearl Necklace, (MUL)Break, (MUL)Attacking Bravery, (MUL)Taking Damage, (MUL) Near Opponent, Red Drop, Orange Drop and Lucky Charm
Assist: Aerith, Default

Lightning is the most balanced character I've used out of the new selections, and even from the oldies. She can deal damage from pretty much any range, and her class change ability can make her even deadlier when used correctly. Only problem is her HP game.

And that's basically it. I've ignored all the old characters, and I've been too lazy to level up my new ones. So far I've got everyone past level 60 and I just trained Light till I got really good with her and just can't stop using her.

Main 1: Firion(Look: Main & Alt 1)
Equipment: Wild Rose or Fire Book, Lufenian Gear
Accessories: Dismay Shock, Red drop & gem, Hyper ring, Together as One, Strum and Drang, Grounded, Hp=100%, After Summon, Empty Ex Guage
Assist: Kain(Look: default)

The best ground figher in the game. He is also quite strong if built right. I use Kain as an assist, as his ground attack allows me to combo it into Weaponmaster and his air assist can easily combo into straight arrow. Also...rope knife ftw?

Nah but serious I just grinded Equipment from ghost matches using cards I recieved on Adhoc mode. Also you maybe unhappy to know that my Feral Chaos is now at level 90.

Rope Knife got nerfed bad, I've never gotten the Hit Confirm Glitch in the first Dissidia, but in Duodecim it's every damn time I use Rope Knife>Double Trouble. It's also blockable now, which pissed me off.

^Actually, levelling up isn't all that difficult in Duodecim, I got Laguna, Vaan and Lightning at 100 from 60 in only two hours.

My equipment sucks but I'm working on getting the best shit possible.

You got some better shit than me. Most of my characters are left with level 60 Armor pieces and some level 60 Helms. Only my light armor set characters have all level 100 equips.
