Mass Effect earns game of the year/s! But I'll be beating Omega first before I take on ME1. Wonder if I'll just start a 'John Shepard' game instead of customizing? We shall see.

finished the Last Story. Great game, the story reminds me a lot of FF9, it just has that classic JRPG feel to it. Just bought Dishonored so I will be starting that as well as playing the Omega dlc on ME3

I beat Omega as well, and I'll have to echo your statement, Amarant. It was rather anti climatic... as certain event left me flabbergasted and .... pissed but hey... no spoilers here.

Though I'd have to say I like Leviathan better because it was more essential to the story. But there is another DLC coming and from what it was said, it will be more epic.

Going to start ME1. Damn. Haven't played this game in ages... nostalgia!!!

Playing Mass Effect 1. Nostalgia at it's finest. Not to the caliber of ME2 or ME3, obviously, but still one of the best games out there compared to the plethora of crap that came out after it.

I replayed Uncharted 1 (those Golem-like things are freaky creepy o.o) and I'm replaying AC3. For some reason I replay everything,lol.

Aaaand I bought a secondhand Skyrim. I don't like the elves and the funny anatomy of the people so far and some soldiers are very keen on killing me (I'm kinda stuck haha), but it's just the beginning, so we'll see Wink

^I did mention how the aesthetics aren't going to be enamoring for you. =) But giving it a try with a positive perspective is usually the way to go about a game, so good for you! If you don't like it, at least in the end you can honestly say you tried!

Still on ME1.

Heh, it's mainly the gameplay that matters ;P And it's secondhand, so if I sell it, I don't lose much. But it might be very interesting

I probably wouldn't have bashed Mass Effect as harshly if I did that, but I still believe the game's mechanics aren't for me. Multiple endings and alternative path decisions still do very well to annoy me.

^But even with a positive outlook on things, there are just some games that are just plain atrocious. RE6, FFXIII-2, and NG3 are some of my examples, and I played these said games to the rim. And regardless, again we are probably speaking on opinions and preferences and delving into a subject that is archaic and more or less past us. =) But that is my big advice, try a game out, don't sit there and scrutinize everything for EVERY flaw and try to find some good. In the end, if there isn't anything, then the game wasn't for you; doesn't make it a bad game (there are exceptions)

In regards to playing a game, I'm on ME1 still. =) I asked for DmC HD collection so I can brush up on the game before I buy the reboot.

And playing ME1. Forgot how good this game was for its time. =) Though clunky battle mechanics, it's not as bad as I thought it would be when in contrast with ME2 and ME3.

I clearly underestimated the fun factor of this game. =P It may not be in the caliber of ME2 or ME3 in regards to gameplay, though the intense and VERY deep ambiance of RPG in it in contrast to the latter two, well... Let's just say I'm having fun with this game a whole lot more than I expected.

And I'm speaking about ME1.

Doing pretty kickass on my Sentinel playthrough. Got nearly all the achievements for him, just need to use fucking Stasis 75 times... god I forgot that Status was the most useless ability in the ME universe until 3.

Just landed on Feros after doing a fuck ton of sidequests so my crew is close to 40 I believe. Playing with Garrus and Wrex for this character. Don't know about the next playthrough but WHATEVES

DMC:3&4 and the demo for DmC and I gotta say, the only thing I don't like about the new game is Dante... Too much of a punk for my taste.
Nero was a pretty good balance for me (in between angsting about Kryie for the latter half of the game... touching but a tad generic) and the part where he flipped Dante off had to have been the funniest bit in the game (aside from ripping shakespear and triple entendre)

And to those of you who witnessed the "secret ingredient" bit, you know why I don't like it.

Castlevania HD, trying to get the Yasutsuna +1, which is the only item I have left to obtain before getting 100%. Ran it 340 times, and maxed out on everything else, and this item STILL won't drop for me. -_-

I think after going through my platinum in this game (long way to go) I'm going to go through another play through of ME1-ME3. =) Though I did ask for a game or two for Christmas... wonder if these said games I asked for (if I get them) would be prominent enough to deter me from my Mass Effect tandems. xD

finished dragonborn dlc, fun and I even dived into the hearthfire dlc a bit and built my own house, which became addicting, something like minecraft except for Skyrim. I am now playing the torgue dlc for borderlands 2, and torgue may be the funniest character in gaming history. HILARIOUS. Watch some of his dialogue on YouTube if you don't want to buy the dlc. It is worth it

Got 100% on Castlevania HD, and now it's not as much fun to play. :/ Same thing happened to Skyrim...

Now I'm downloading MG3 HD and I imagine I'll be playing that till my PS3 burns out.

I received Devil May Cry HD as a gift. I asked for it so I received. But I'm still rather enthusiastic about ME1, so maybe I'll just shift here and there. Damn shame I only have more day off. Not enough times for all of this!

bought meself a DS charger to replace the one I don't have anymore coughcough, and picked up the Komplete edition of Mortal Kombat 9 while I was at it, so I'm gonna be harpooning some unlucky souls in the mean time.
