Just gettin gused to Gilga at level 100? Where's the logic in that? Unless you managed to find Magic Pot and didn't tell me. I had to level all my new characters to level 60, based on the ARMSTRONG tradition.

Speaking of which, I have all the essential abilities on all of the new characters mastered. So, all my characters are basically a threat, but not a big one with outdated equips and stuck at level 60.

lol party battle, and lvl characters up that way. Easy as that.

Recovered Lionheart and Fenrir, close to getting Seventh Heaven and One Winged Angel.

Also have a good amount of materials for Gilga's ultimate.


And I beat the story of 013 but I still need to buy all the summons and beat Scenario 000.

Goood, goood, now get better equip so I don't feel bad in our 1v1's xD

I've only got Gilgamesh and Bartz at level 100.

I've been playing as Prishe a little and aside from that, only like 4 of my characters are in their 60s because of the party system and the rest are at level 20. The villains are either level 1 or 2...


I got to feral chaos and got raped... like 50 billion fucking times. FFFFUUUU- oh well.

Just got Gilga's Ultimate and Tifa's ultimate. Also got Tifa up to level 100.

Got the most useful of Tifa's skills to 100% now doing the same with Gilga

Nah, Leon, I'm too stubborn to take the shortcuts anymore. I've been doing this for an hour and got Lightning to level 74 from 60.

How the hell do you get to where you need to go on sceneario 000. I don't care about the KP I just want to find Feral and kick his ass ASAP. (I can KP farm later just for the summons)

I can't even remember. I honestly walked around and opened random red gates until I found the Shantoto, Gabranth, Saving the Moogle and Ferel Chaos areas. I just want the last 2 fucking reports lol. Gilgamesh has two scenes left apparently. I already watched him get his ass kicked by Butz but there's a few scenes before it. I unlocked the moment of Prishe fighting Garland and finding WoL but there is still no fuggin Gilgamesh report.

Maybe you have to beat 000.

I've been trying to get decent equipment before continuing on 000, I've cleared one gate, and that was the moogle gate and nearly got muh ass whipped. Did beat one version of Feral, though.

@Leon, haven't tried Pummel yet. Feels like an attack that would have a short reach, and I don't want Laguna too close to enemies.

I unlocked the Gilgamesh report Cap, turns out you have to beat the Feral Chaos blocking the North Island path (the one in a red chest).


The report is actually Gilgamesh imagining his re-match against Bartz whilst in the void. It also unlocks the CGI cutscene of him jumping out of the Rift.


I'm actually quite confident about this final fight with the real Feral, as in the first fight my Cloud managed to take off most of it's HP and my second character Squall finished it off. However First To Victory is going on all my characters before I start the battle.

Also little easter egg I noticed, if you keep going through the movies in the theater selector some of the images change to add Moogles to them, I'm guessing it's just for fun. And back to the voice easter Egg so far I have had the Great Will, Cosmos and I think Lighting or Tifa announcing the title and Square Enix when I turn the game on.

I got Lightning to say it, and I think the one you're confusing for the Great Will is actually Cid of the Lufaine. The Great Will is actually proven to be the player in the first Dissidia.

@Cap, that's the report you were trying to get? That's the Feral Chaos I overcame with Blasting Zone spam. xD

Right up to the last room of Edge Of Discord about to face the real Feral Chaos...

UPDATE

Beaten him, using Cloud (took off the first 100,000 damage), Squall (took off the next 60,000 damage), Sephiroth (took off enough damage to bring his health to 17,000) and Gilgamesh (who finished him off and I saved the match of) (note these are estimates I can't remember exactly how much each character took off, but I know Cloud and Squall dealt out the most hurt)

Also bought him and got some of his Equipment for winning the match, will now hunt down the legendary accs in Story mode and have fun slaying people online with him XD (when he gets too 100 of course).
Then after that it's just a case of buying the rest of the PP cat (got 88% so far), finishing the equipment cat (72% so far), getting Feral, Prishe, Vann, Laguna, Lighting, Kain and Yuna to level 100 and all the Accomplishments (56% done so far)

Also Cap, if your curious Gilga's ultimate is called Yoshiyuki is absorbs 10% extra EX Force, has a Riposte effect, boosts attack up to 68, brv up by 39 and defence down 1. For those who use Tifa her ultimate is called Seventh Heaven it minuses health by 595, boosts bravery by 79, boosts attack by 68, deals 10% more Damage and has a Sneak Attack effect.

Finally 3,000 PP to unlock Green Feral Chaos...what a rip off.

UPDATE

Playing around with Feral Chaos, turns out his Bravery goes down as the fight progresses (currently it seems to go down by 4 points a second, but I don't know if this changes the higher he goes up). Another thing to note is that you are limited in the number of moves you can set with him. You start with 450cp but that's only because all of his HP Attacks cost 75 and his bravery's cost 45. It's going to take a long time and a lot of grinding if anyone plans to use him as a decent main (everyone of his skills will most likely have to be mastered and some extra skills (like Snooze and Loose) will have to be chosen carefully. It also seems his Bravery takes longer to recover to default then other characters.

A little bit unfair when considered with the version you have to fight, who has acess to all of his skills during the fight.

Yea RY this weekend. can't use the ethernet cable during the week cause someone in my house needs it, but they are gone during the weekend

Also just got my hands on both of Lightning's Ultimate weapons, they are the Zantetsuken (which has Defense + 10% and a Riposte effect) which is the common version of the Ultimate and the Odin Blade (which has a Free Air Dash Boost and a Back To The Wall effect) which is the Midgar Flower version.

I would have Gilgamesh's exclusive weapons if I could get his fucking "Giant's" accessories. I don't understand it. I've got like 95% in the Battlegen and I get the feeling the only ones left are the 3 for Gilgamesh and the 3 for Feral Chaos. I mean, I've got Prishe's. Why don't I get Gilgamesh's?

I've fought Gilgamesh in Arcade and whatnot for a couple days yet I can't get his accessory made. It's driving me nuts. Do I have to unlock something or wear something for it to happen?

You just have to keep fighting Gilga's, untill it spawns the Material piece you need. If you want to boost your chances try equipping items that Boost Luck or Battlegen rates (if doing this I recommend copying your current set (to retain your ablities and equipment) and then changing your Acc's). Also remember you spawn an opponents Desires just by hitting with a Bravery attack, Dream's by HP Attacking and Hope I think is by inflicting Break.

I think (but I'm not too sure) the more you fight them the more likely the material is made.

Also as a side note Cloud finally introduced the game, so I guess this little easter egg happen's with every character. (don't quote me on that though)

I feel so freakin behind everyone...I only just now got the 13th conflict done and I only have 45% of the shop AVAILABLE to me. I got 80 hours of gameplay and nothing to show for it. How are y'all doing all this?!

Nah not really, I take my PSP to work and college and play during my breaks. I've clocked 100 hours because of that

Also my shop is now up to 72% complete, the PP Cat is 88% and I finished all reports and unlocked every cutscene except the two Moogle ones (evil Moogle and Terra Moogle).

A part of me hopes there really isn't another Dissidia after this one, as this one just feels polished and complete (a vast improvement on the original, which I thought was great to begin with.) It also has such a great final boss theme, I'm kinda torn Canata Moris, Otherworld and One Winged Angel as my favourite Final Fantasy last boss music.

Anyway going to go on adhoc and hopefully find some matches.

I think the main issue was me taking most of my time log versus a level 1 Chaos to master my abilities. My PP Catalog is 97%, though.

I agree with RY, though, with the exception of the music change during the Bartz vs. Exdeath scene in the 13th conflict. Made it much less epic, but it's Exdeath's theme now, so it should fit.
