Are you asking this because of Serah's and Snow's Reunion?

Re: XIII.2
I'm really enjoying the battle system like I did with FFXIII. But the story telling is horrendous and the music SUCKS.
Serah is no Lightning either. But it is entertaining nonetheless. Like most Final Fantasy that comes out, it looks great graphic wise, but that seems to be the only flare a lot of FF's have lately.

I'm not too far in to it but I actually like the music, little catchy in my words, its not too far out from FFXIII though with the music it sounds the same to me. Except they have a lot more 'rockish' type songs added.
The crystarium was damn confusing at first, but I seem to have got the jist of it now to be honest I prefer the old one.

Re: XIII.2
lol, I actually like the music, like taintz.
@TGD--no I mean his character style just seems similar to Tidus imo. His garb, build, hairstyle, he isn't as whiny, but I still would like to see Snow whip him. I don't really have any true complaints about the game at this point, although the timeline jumping is a bit odd, but w/e, this IS final fantasy that were talkin about

Re: XIII.2
I think Noel's design looks a lot like Sora's from KH o.o
Anyway, I'm also a little further and I really enjoy the game. I just kinda miss the old characters xD And I keep my opinion about the horrible music.
Also, the eternal whining about paradoxes, the moogle with the baby girl voice and ' if we change the future, we will change the past '- phrase is bothering me,lol. I do like the ( easy ) puzzles in the paradoxes though.

So I'm assuming that Mog Throw isn't enough for you from the looks of it.

Re: XIII.2
I played the game for a good 2 hours straight and actually found it less of a task going pass an hour. It was rather leaning towards enjoyable this time around because I found more things I actually liked than things I do not. So just to name a few as I go along:
-Graphics: We all know it's a good looking game. Can't look pass that since Final Fantasy does have a good streak {most of the time} on improving from the previous game.
-Battle System: It's still fun. Fast paced and less turn base feel.
-Leveling sytem: This as the flaw that made FFXIII disliked by many. Now there is little to no restriction in a lot of things like the leveling system. One doesn't have to wait til the next chapter to build up the crystarium. That and there are more perks as one reaches a new 'level'.
-Monsters in battle: I don't know why I find this so amusing.
-Semi interesting story: There are points of the story that intrigues me. When it does, it makes me want to keep playing.
So that's it for now. There will be more coming as to how I progress on my likes/dislikes for this game.

I grow tired of the paradox stuff too kupo, but the story is pretty good otherwise kupopo. Although Caius' sword looks like a big feather kupo, I just beat the mutanomato kupopopopo

Re: XIII.2
i've been playing it a lot.... i'm currently in the Augusta tower -200 AF- location... (i think i spelt that right)
the guide i bought supplied me with a 'optimal' cyrstarium development plan which i've been following, i've decided to use it for my first playthrough... i'm currently on cyrstarium stage 12 or 13 and according to the game you should aim to increase it by 1 stage per main storyline location... so i'm tecnically 2 or 3 stages ahead of what the guide said to do (but oh well :p)
the only parts i don't really like is the 'Hands Of Time' temporal rift puzzles (THEY ARE SO ANNOYING!) mainly because they are random for each game so you can't get assistance for them.
the other thing i don't really like (although i'm more sad than not liking it) is the fact that so far i haven't seen any inclination that i'll meet Sazh... i've remet Hope and Snow, i know i'll meet up with Vanille, Fang and Lightning at some point in the game.. but all i've heard about Sazh so far is the 'Chocochick down' Fragment wich is a message from Dahj saying Sazh left to help the others and one of the Graviton fragments where Snow mentions he saw someone asleep in the time (i'm gonna call them tunnels) 'tunnels' with hair that made him think it may be Sazh.
other than that i love the game!
i got a little bit of a Trivia question for you now... something you'll be able to answer if you own the 'Chocochick down' fragment.
Q. What Did Dahj Name The Baby Chocobo Sazh Got Him? :p

Chokupo?! lol.
At any rate, I got a different outfit for Noel. Yes I spent money on it. I got a psn card for Christmas so... it looks badass actually. I can actually tolerate him more now that he doesn't look like douche.

Re: XIII.2

Re: XIII.2
you need to go to 300AF, get the key card, and then go to the tower in 200 AF

Zack, your double posting is not part of the forum rules! You need to keep that in check. LOL jk jk jk!
So I'm just taking my sweet ass time with this game. As much as I enjoy it, it just doesn't have a strong pull. Besides, Amalur is addicting.

Not gonna lie, I'm a bit disappointed with what I'm reading on Amalur. Combat awesome, story=meh, characters=meh, that being said, I'll still play it at some point, oh and double posting is dumb since we have like 5 ppl on this site lol, sometimes I have too

Re: XIII.2
I'm really stuck, haha ! I can't find the key card anywhere xD (I can't find the 200 AF tower either)
Re: XIII.2
i completed the game yesterday (secret ending too :p lol.... although it just confused me a bit... >_< AND WAS ANNOYING TO GET!... you have to get all 160 fragments... which you can't do till you complete the game once... the most annoying fragment to get was this one that requires you to fight every monster in the game at least once...)
Smiles, my advice would be check every location you've got unlocked and see if there is any unopened gates, if so you'll most likely need a wild artefact to open it... which can be hard to find... i mean 1 you have to buy, 1 you can't get till after episode 5, and the other 8 like to hide... so you may need to look up their locations....
and as i can't think of anything else to comment on.. i guess i'll tell you what Dahj called the chocobo chick....
Chocolina! (like the time travelling shopkeeper)
coincidence?... maybe.. i dunno... lol
oh and it turns out you do meet Sazh and Dahj... kinda

Congrants!! I kinda messed things up by playing a different JRPG a few weeks before FF 13-2 released and now I'm currently taking a much needed break. Are you sure that's an annoying fragment cause the hands of time puzzle fragments on Oerba 400 AF are a real pain!! I don't think that l'll go for the secret ending in FF 13-2 though ...but we'll see.
