yeah idk if I will get them all, and I do it won't be for a loooong time. I'm not much of a collector and having to fight every monster in the game just feels cheap to me. It is basically another way to throw the hunt quests in there again without calling them hunts. Right now I'm just leveling up before I go fight the final boss, I only have 50 fragments atm

I haven't gotten to the final boss yet but I have heard that it can be quite tough to beat so I would suggest the following.

1. Equip Serah and Noel with accessories that'll boost your magic defence.
2. If Teraflare wipeouts your entire team set up a party sentinel paradigm shift and set it up for fast use.
3. Keep your status enhancements up and see if you can inflict status ailments on the boss.
4. If you have the option to level up some more do it.

If your on the first Augusta Tower for the Key Card I think is that 200 AF? then you need to find the Wild Artefact which is in the first tower, your best bet is to search everywhere on your map to make sure you have been to every grey area, to open up the gate at Yachas Massif 01X AF you need the Wild Artefact which will then open up the timeline to 300 AF for you ^^

I did the storyline of Academia which I think opened up Augusta Tower 200 AF for me.

I beat 300AF way before I even knew there was a 200AF. It made life easier when I got there.

Dude, I hope you know I was kidding. I could give a rat's ass if you use words in a different language, typos, spell bahamut backwards, CAPS, FlUcTuAtE, much less double post. lol.

But anyways on to the game... The fucking plot is retarded. How many times do I have to 'guess' that the problem is a PARADOX.

Serah: I'm on my period earlier this month...
Noel: It's the Paradox!!! Let's handle it so you'll get it the right time!
Mog: Kupopo!

Noel: I lost my memory again. I don't know if I paid my car insurance.
Serah: Let's fix the Paradox so we can save you late fees.
Mog: kupo!

And jesus fucking christ. Anyways. I am In love with the battle system. So smooth and fast. So less turn base. Graphics are beautiful and I'm glad they didn't recycle too many environments!!! I keep playing this game because of those two reasons.

LOL. Mog is a lil piece of shit, I never thought I would hate a moogle til now, and ur right, idk how many times I have to hear paradox. Wtf, I lost my sneakers, "oh I bet you left them in the Void Beyond, must be a paradox". Overall, I still like the game however

Yeah the Moogle's voice is starting to annoy me now and even worse than Vanille's did -.-;

I agree with the whole repetative Paradox conclusion. We all know it is, so why keep mentioning it. Oh well, other than that exactly like you Zack, I'm enjoying it.

Please don't misconstrue anyone, I am loving the game. But It's not the old love like I did for Final Fantasy where it is the only thing I pop on when I come home from work. Maybe because I can afford more than one game right now so I just have too much to juggle; however I remember playing FFX and FFX-2 like there was no tomorrow.

But has anyone even controlled Lightning aside from the intro? I have the DLC where you fight her 'FFXIII version' and it's said when you beat her you can use her. Obviously, I haven't beat her yet. She kicked the living shit out of me. lol!

Does it involve a possible FFXIII-3 where Yuna and Rikku guest star to have passionate love kiss with Lightning and Serah?

Well I guess that's an incentive for me to try and finish it wether or not that is the case. I'm in Augusta tower 300 AF. Do I have long?

Are you sure that's an annoying fragment cause the hands of time puzzle fragments on Oerba 400 AF are a real pain!! I don't think that l'll go for the secret ending in FF 13-2 though ...but we'll see.

oh, the hands of times things annoyed the hell out of me... but once you write down the current setup and figure out the path its quite easy (i only did this once... took me about an hour to get the right path... >_<).... or you can just make random guesses... lol

but no i think fighting every enemy at least once was the hardest part... even more so that the one (RARE!) monster that appears in Oerba 400 AF only appears after you beat the game once... and turns out to have over 3,000,000 HP and summons varying strength Ci'eth allies, which if you don't kill he sacrifices to preform extremly powerful attacks... >_<

uh... not sure... it took me about a week to complete it... but i wasn't playing it all the time... so... i got no clue how many hours... lol

Things I learned about FFXIII-2 while I was in the process of tryin to beat it:

1.) Serah looks gorgeous in beach wear
2.) Serah's bikini bound body glows in Noel's dying World Dream.
3.) Noel's part of the story is the only thing I found 'somewhat' valid as a story.
4.) Caius is related to Vincent with the whole Chaos thing and the whole deep voice and long hair (a joke)
5.) I rushed the game so much that the last stage put me back to the idea of the need to back track and level up.
6.) Giraffes are a pain in the ass when they are elemental.

I just want to beat the damn game already so I can play my other games!!!!

The elemental giraffes thing that are Ice and Fire. lol. They respawn if you don't kill them fast.... They're in the last level.

Me being beat by these fucks is a testament how much I didn't care about FFXIII-2's side shit and leveling up since it is seriously a task now. But alas, I am doing it like old school and leveling up since I do want to beat it and get some kind of 'closure' for this game before this Tuesday!
