ya, I just do a lot of one handed combat with shield bashing lol, I have a lot of ebony armor right now, but I still like to use my improved blades armor a lot. Doing daedra quests currently, just got the Ogham Infinium, man that book is sweet, increased me two levels just from using it.

I have to say that ebony is my favorite armor. Better than daedric armor. Find
Boelthia's daedric artifact as soon as possible. But that book was awesome. I leveled up by 2 as well and I found out then that even after level 50 you still get perk points.

Btw, how much have you leveled up your blocking? I was wondering if you got it up to running with your shield yet.

And I did get all the daedric artifacts. My favorite is still the ebony mail, dawn breaker, Azura star, and that helmet which I forgot the name. Lol.

@ Erel--I was wondering wtf you were talking about (newton) lol. I have Boelthia's artifact--the ebony mail, it is awesome, but I still use my blades armor bc my smithing isn't high enough for ebony yet to improve it. My blocking is somewhere around 70 I think, and I think I can run with my shield up, pretty sure anyway. What does Azura's Star do? I have it but don't use it. I think the helmet you're talking about is the one from the Barbas the dog quest, but ya i dont remember what its called

I think it's called 'Malicius vile' or something. I haven't opened up my dark elf file in a while. That helmet is cool because it gives speechcraft 20% boost and i think 5% magicka regeneration. Shame you can't upgrade it though which can make my armor rating higher if i could. Looks badass though I think.

There is a perk in blocking that you can run and move faster with your sheild when if spend the point on it. I believe level 100 gives you the shield ram perk too. I'm also wanting to find out if that perk affects sword blocking because I only use my shield (spell breaker) when I'm being spammed with magic or a dragon is shouting at me. lol. Just let me know when you get up there bro or if you pick that route. I'm not sure I'll get there soon enough or if I'm even willing to spend the point on it.

Azura Star is like any other gem. It can store all the way up to a grand soul (just not a human's) and you can use it to recharge enchanted weapons or enchant a weapon and the cool part is that it will never disappear because you use the soul. So if you happen to not have a soul gem in your possession and you're in a dungeon and you need that weapon on full boost with it's magical properties, Azura star comes in real handy. At least for me it did.

If you want to make your smithing boost up fast and cheap, make a bunch of iron daggers. it is a little bit of grinding, but I got my smithing 10 levels up in like an hour and a half just making those things and sharpening them. That is if smithing is a big deal for you.

PS, where is your destruction magic now? Shit's so hard to level up even as a mage and I don't want the mage guardian stone on for too long! Getting to use the best spells requires a really high level of destruction!

lol my destruction magic sucks, I hardly use it tho, only during the college of magic quests, my restoration magic is like 33. I think the mask is called Calcinius Vile, I like it, but I don't like the little bunny ears on top of it. lol. My shield is somewhere in the 80's, right now I can bash and disarm ppl, but I'm grinding the skill, since my one handed is at 100 now. Just finished the cannibal quest for Namira, o and ya I know about the iron dagger trick, been doin it for a while now, my smithing is at 91 now.

So what has everyone's favorite quest or questline been so far?

My favourite questline has been the dog one, although I can't remeber the name. Mainly because of the fact that you are literraly besting the devil (if you go for the good reward)

Other then that I have also enjoyed most of the Dark Brotherhoods quests (well the ones I've done)

favorite daedric quest was with Boelthia and retrieving her ebony mail. The process of the sacrifice, the bog brawl which I intelligently let them kill themselves, and then the whole sneaking around with my bow amd arrow made it so fun and intense. I did that part with no detect life, no aura whisper, and wearing the brightest armor, the Elven armor. Lol.

The brotherhood quests were fun. Especially the last mission. However, I felt like the missions in oblivion were more crafty. Some of the missions I remember doing had s lot of thinking amd planning. I remember the mission where I had to sneak in and replace the medicine for poison. Going in just kill spree made you lose out on the bonus. Then the cleansing of the cheydinnal headquarters... Then tracking and killing the five fingers of the.black hand, just plain creative. The missions in Skyrim felt like just go in and kill with little stealth art and planning.

yea, I liked the brotherhood quests in Oblivion better as well, especially the one where you are locked in the house with five strangers and had to pick them off one by one without them knowing, that was fun. Just played the quest with Sheogorath for Sanguine's Rose, wow that was funny, I enjoyed it, just got the Oblivion Walker achievement, I'm only missing like four more now.

Sanguine Rose looks feminine as hell, but I like it. I've gotten all the daedric artifacts, lets hope that the DLCs will incorporate one of the Daedric gods in a mission like they did with Oblivion and Shivering Isles.

And yeah, quite a fun mission that was, Zack with going inside that house. lol.

Trying to master the thieves guild as my Khajiit. I believe I have that, and then the master criminal and I have all the trophies.

master criminal is easy, thieves guild takes a while to restore completely, I need more skill books, sideways, and lvl 50 achievements, a couple of my sidequests glitched out on me and that's why I don't have that achievement yet.

I never got into Alchemy. Trying to now with my mage and thief characters. I think it can make a potion that can regenerate health. Eat one.

Alchemy is a bit rubbish in all honesty, only really good for poisons and Invisiblity potions if you have low sneaking.

Anyway gone back to the college missions, helped liberate Whiterun from Imperials and have a new home in Windhelm. Also have begun collecting the dragon armour set (so far I have the heavy Amour, Helmet and Gauntlets) but won't equip them untill I can get my enchanting to a decent level.

@Zack - The Imperials brought it on themselves for wanting to kill me for no reason.

Anyway got another dragon mask to my collection and I now have Enchanting to 100 and all the dragon armour. Just want to upgrade my Dragon helmet and get Echanter perk to 5 and I can walk around Skyrim as a god. (so basically I just need to get to level 55).

Also now have a Legendary Daedric Bow which I've enchanted for soul catching (and by using it I have around about 20 Filled greater soul gems.

Finally Enchanted my new Dragon Armour, the stats are as follows.

Dovahkiin's Helmet (Legendary)
Bows do 40% more damage. Increases Magicka by 61 points.

Dovahkiin's Armour (Legendary)
Destruction Spells Cost 24% Less. Restoration Spells Cost 15% Less. Magicka Regenerates 10% faster

Dovahkiin's Boots (Legendary)
Increases Stamina by 56 points. Stamina Regenerates 28% faster

Dovahkiin's Gauntlets (Legendary)
One-handed attacks do 40% more damage. Unarmed strikes do 12 additional damage

Dovahkiin's Shield (Legendary)
Shock and Frost Resistance By 33%

Add those to my Matching Set and other heavy armour perks and I currently have a armour rating of over 700.

I also plan to make a new custom Ring of Matrimony which will be made from a gold diamond ring with the Enchantments being Fortify Health and maybe Health Regen or Restoration Regen/cost.

Just read it, pretty spot on Zack.

Anyway made myself a new sword and bow. The Sword Named "Sword of the Dovahkiin" and the bow named "Bow of the Dovahkiin". I reckon they have some good stats seeing as though I just encountered an ancient dragon and managed to kill it with barely getting a scratch from it's attacks.

Sword of the Dovahkiin (Value = 4157)
Damage 102 / Absorbs 18 HP. Target takes 22 points of Shock damage and 11 points of Magicka Damage

Bow of the Dovahkiin ( Value = 7434)
Damage 82 / Absorbs 18 Hp. Fills a soul gem in 9 seconds.

Also I have been Mask hunting, only 3 more to get.

Got all the trophies plus the platinum! I did it longer than you though Zack since I fucked around a lot and used 2 more characters.

Now awaiting the future DLCs which you will get first you Xbox guy you. But I am still playing the damn thing in between Saints Row because it is still a very addicting game.
